Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Settlers After Dark account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

From inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Settlers After Dark and make sure you're signed in.
2. Go to your Profile (tap your avatar, top right).
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Read the confirmation, then confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

If you can't get into the app — for example you've lost the phone number you signed up with — email us and we'll delete it for you.

Email scoutiq12@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" and include the phone number your account uses, so we can find it. We'll confirm once it's done, normally within 30 days and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your profile — name, nickname, and profile photo.
• Your phone number and sign-in credentials.
• Your rankings, skill ratings, and achievements.
• Any game night where you were the only member — the group and its entire game history are deleted with you.

What stays, and why

In game nights that other people are still part of, the games themselves are shared records. Deleting them would erase your friends' history and wreck their rankings, so those games remain — but every trace of you is removed from them:

• Your name is replaced with "Deleted player".
• The record no longer links to you or your account in any way.
• If you were the only owner of a group, ownership is handed to another member so the group isn't left stranded.

In other words: your friends keep their game night; you disappear from it.

Guests you added

If you added guest players to a game night, those guests belong to the game night rather than to you, so they stay with the group. If a guest wants their details removed, the group's owner can delete them, or contact us.
